Ethiopia solar project with DC laptop charging

Initially two small panels would go to Ethiopie, however there was a question if the laptops could be charged as well :)  The small setup could deliver 50Wh which was a bit too small. The new setup can deliver 240Wh  with a 60W solar panel able to deliver 4A. It also has a DC converter which makes 19V out of the 12V from the battery. There is also a 3W Led connected to the system and last but not least an usb plug to charge a cell phone for example.
